Who is Aerobica for?
We develop features for three personas:
- The Untrained — the last time this group had regular movement was probably in high school during gym/p.e.
- The Detrained — this group has adopted a routine at least once; they've just been on an extended hiatus (for reasons).

The Trained — this group is currently moving regularly.
What they all have in common is that they have a desire to move. They might initially be motivated for various reasons, but we hope you eventually find movements you love, make you feel good, and perform for the rest of your life.
