By downloading, installing, or using ThenAudit (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and House of Then, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Delaware limited liability company.

2. Description of Service

ThenAudit is a time audit application that enables users to:

• Track time in 15-minute intervals throughout their day
• Categorize activities using four reflection types: Aligned, Maintenance, Leak, and Recovery
• Conduct weekly episodic audits to identify patterns and insights
• Receive optional notification nudges for consistent tracking
• Store all data locally on their device with optional iCloud sync (premium feature)

The App is designed as a tool for personal time awareness and intentional living through systematic reflection on time usage.

3. User Accounts

No Account Required

ThenAudit operates without requiring user account creation. Your data is stored locally on your device and identified only through anonymous device identifiers for premium subscription management.

Premium Subscription Management

• Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID
• RevenueCat handles subscription verification using anonymous identifiers
• No personal account information is stored on our servers

4. Premium Services

Subscription Options

• Monthly Subscription: $6.99 USD per month
• Annual Subscription: $49.99 USD per year

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Current pricing is always displayed in the App Store.

Billing and Renewal

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the current period’s end
• Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings

Free Trial

New users may be offered a free trial period. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you'll be automatically charged the subscription price.

Refunds

All purchases are final. Refunds are handled according to Apple’s App Store policies.

6. User Conduct

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate information in your time tracking
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Do not use the App to harass, harm, or violate the rights of others
• Do not circumvent or manipulate subscription verification
• Do not share or distribute premium features to non-subscribers
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Intellectual Property

• The ThenAudit name, logo, and branding
• The App’s design, interface, and user experience
• The time audit methodology and reflection framework
• All code, algorithms, and technical implementations
• Marketing materials and documentation

Your Content

You retain ownership of your time tracking entries, notes, and reflections. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to display your content within the App, include anonymized, aggregated data in research (only with explicit consent), and process your data as necessary to provide App services.

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the App may be used by us without compensation or attribution.

8. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF CONTENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, will be available at all times, that data will never be lost or corrupted, or that all bugs or errors will be corrected.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, House of Then, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use; business interruption; personal injury or emotional distress; or errors or omissions in content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless House of Then, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use or misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, any content you create or submit through the App, or your violation of applicable laws or regulations.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and provide in-app notification for significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, stop using the App and cancel any subscriptions.

15. Termination

Your Rights

• Delete the App from your device
• Cancel any active subscriptions

Our Rights

• We may terminate or suspend your access for violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or upon legal requirement

Effects of Termination

• Your right to use the App ceases immediately
• Local data remains on your device until you delete it
• No refunds for unused subscription time (per App Store policy)
• Sections intended to survive (e.g., Limitation of Liability) remain in effect

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware. You waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in these courts.

Arbitration

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative action.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and House of Then, LLC regarding the App.

Severability

Assignment

You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them without restriction.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

By using ThenAudit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Your time audit data is yours alone. ThenAudit is designed as a local-first application that keeps your time tracking entries, reflections, and audit results private, storing everything on your device by default. We collect only the minimum information necessary to deliver the app and optional premium features.

What We Collect

Information You Provide

• Time Tracking Data: Your 15-minute interval entries, including time slots, activities, and associated reflection categories (Aligned, Maintenance, Leak, Recovery) are stored locally on your device.
• Audit Data: Your weekly episodic audits, patterns, insights, and notes are stored locally on your device.
• Premium Purchases: When you subscribe to premium features, Apple handles payment processing. We receive a transaction identifier through RevenueCat but never see your payment details.
• Support Communications: If you contact us for support, we may receive your email address and any information you choose to provide.

• Device Information: Basic device type and iOS version for app compatibility (collected by Apple, not us).
• Crash Reports: Anonymous crash data through Apple's standard crash reporting (opt-in via iOS Settings).

• Time tracking and audit data remains on your device indefinitely
• Deleted data is immediately removed and cannot be recovered
• App deletion removes all local data permanently
